Warranty, T&C's -
Refunds & Returns

All House of Chunk Fabricated Accessories are covered by the HOC 12 month refund or replace warranty. As long as no abrasive / cleaning, disinfectant or sanitising spray is applied directly onto any of our products as it can remove the finish on that item. This could cause rust or even corrosion that can and will damage your products. HOC will not be held responsible for this and will void the HOC warranty and you will not be able to claim a refund or a free return.

If you need to contact the HOC team about any returns or refunds, please contact us via email and mark your email 'Return and refund' so that the relevant team can access your email and pass it to the relevant HOC team member. 

We request that you send any supporting images in with your email to support your question. 

All of HOC's products are designed to be used indoors in controlled temperature environments and must be left dry at all times.

Custom made Kit will have its own warranty and R&R attributed to that item. As discussed and agreed contractually with the client prior to sale.

Any equipment or accessories purchased by customers cannot be returned once used, if any defects arise through general use of the item(s), the company cannot be held liable to any defects or damage due to the nature of our products being used in a 'physically demanding' environment.

If you have any queries about the condition or any defects/issues in any of the products purchased under the HOC brand, please contact the team at HOC via email before making any comments or complaints on social media. It is the right of HOC as a seller to put in an investigation or continue communication with the buyer to come to a resolution about the item in question. 




1. This website is operated by House of Chunk Ltd. Terms such as "we", "us" and "our" refer to House of Chunk Ltd where they are used in these terms and conditions.

2. By purchasing something from our ecommerce store, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document.

3. Incorporated into these terms are also the terms and conditions as laid out in our privacy policy and refund policy.


4. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

5. Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.

6. We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:

i) The item you have ordered is out of stock or due in within a few days of your order

ii) We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent

iii) There has been a pricing or product description error

iv) There is a system or procurement failure

v) You have failed our customer validation checks

7. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.

8. Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been dispatched.


9. On completing your purchase you will be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, new stock arrivals, staff shortage or illness, covid restrictions and or limitations due to Covid related issues or at busy times).

10. Where you select a "standard delivery" option, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays do not count within the 3-7 day timescale, and may not be despatched for delivery until the final 7th day.



11. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

12. Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request our refund policy will apply.

13. Where you have ordered a personalised, perishable or time critical item (such as food, newspapers, event tickets or e-vouchers) you may not be able to cancel for a full refund.


14. House of Chunk Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.

15. You agree to indemnify us and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions.


16. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.


17. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and House of Chunk Ltd whether written or oral.


18. We may change these terms and conditions at any time.

19. Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present.

20. Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure.



We reserve the right to alter or vary the programme and/or ticket process due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund money or exchange tickets.


Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled, or postponed, or there is a material change to the event. A ‘material’ change is a change which, in our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that any purchaser of a ticket could reasonably expect. A change to the artists performing at the event shall not be a material change.


Refunds should be obtained from the seller and emailed in writing to arrange any refunds if they are deemed valid. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which has been arranged by you are at your own risk. We will not be liable for the payment or any compensation of personal expenses related to the event.


This event may be filmed and/or photographed. Attendance at our events affirms your consent to be used as a member of the event audience.


Please follow the instructions of the venue and event staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue at their discretion. Guests that cause a disturbance to others or fail to follow the instructions of the event staff may be removed from the event without refund.


All attendees require a valid ticket and/or wristband to gain entry. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some events have an age restriction of 16+ or 18+ please be aware we can refuse entry based on age and failure to present appropriate ID.


You may only leave and re-enter the venue during the event at the discretion of the event organiser or that of the venue management, with an appropriate pass-out. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.


The venue management, organisers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, nor accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in, or outside, the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason, unless through the gross negligence of the offending party.


Guests are responsible for the security of all personal belongings.


Any prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry by event security.


No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices are permitted in our events.


No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event – there will be various food outlets available offering a variety of food options to suit most dietary requirements. Empty plastic or reusable bottles sized 500ml or less will be permitted for refilling.


No illegal substances can be brought into the site – anyone caught with illegal substance(s) will have their ticket made invalid and be reported to the relevant authorities, no refunds will be given.


No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.


Warning – Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Please note that pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting or other special effects may take place during our events.


Any outdoor events are standing unless otherwise stated. You are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.


Tickets – Exchanges and Refunds


Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.


Please note before buying tickets it’s extremely important to double-check all details and make sure you’re happy before preceding. All tickets purchased must be used by the ticket buyer and may be asked to produce proof of identity to enter the event. Failure to provide appropriate identification may result in refusal of entry.


All tickets can only be purchased by our recognised recognised ticket agent, SeatlabNFT


By purchasing a ticket, you, and all persons accompanying you agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
